What Happened?
Nina runs a DNA testing facility in Phoenix, AZ. Nina’s business is primarily run online and clearly states the company’s refund process. Once Nina’s company receives the client’s samples an agreement to payment is met. The client not happy with the results, wanted a refund ignoring Nina’s refund policy. When Nina denied the refund the client called her credit card company and disputed the charge of $300.
