Kate owns and operates a Dallas area nail salon.

We do not recall exactly what person the chargeback is from. I am guessing on a few clients, but cannot remember who. It was definitely not a regular client. We even have the receipt and signature but are still out the money.

The chargeback was for $47 which for Kate’s business is a large amount. In a smaller nail salon on a slow day this could be her only business.
